Well, you should report this on the suspend-devel list (please read
http://en.opensuse.org/S2ram first on what to test and how to report),
so that in the future it will just work out of the box.

It depends. In the latest "powersave-CODE10"-branch code, there is an option
SUSPEND2RAM_PCI_SAVE

Note that the suspend-handling stuff has been removed from trunk, because
we are moving towards using pm-utils for all that stuff, so if somebody wants
to continue to use the old-fashioned powersave suspend code, he should look
at the powersave-CODE10 branch in SVN.
