if i understand you correctly, then i make the suggestion: can we simplify all this by keeping the versioned pages separate, and making the autogenerated `native-protocol.adoc` page just link to them rather than include them all in one ? This allows us to remove the `.hbs` layout (and any use of iframe). Or do you want to do the refactoring to `process-native-protocol-specs-in-docker.sh` so it fixes the nav links (and doesn't need iframes) ? > Which one nav bar do you mean?
