I don't have a super strong opinion about this, except that `ShardedHistogram` should not extend `ThreadLocalHistogram`, as it is an abstraction for cases where there is already some other mutual exclusion / sharding capability. It's essentially an alternative to `ThreadLocalHistogram`. Absolutely on board with removing `CassandraHistogram` as well though, yes. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
