I would like to give my 2 cents worth to the people who have had trouble 
with booting apprently i have had the same thing i do tf but i got a 
corrupt file now heres the thing all of it started after sp2 do you 
booth have sp2 if so i would susgest you get rid of it i had no trouble 
with sp1 but sp2 is a killer it seams to have some issues with a file 
that gets corrupted or to large and hten sys wont boot and will give you 
a error message with a folder named system. I believe sp2 is culprut.
