Greetings Mersenne prime seekers! I have been away for a few years, posting
occasionally in the late 90s, running Prime95 continually for twelve years
now. I hope old friends are still around, Ernst Mayer for instance. Last
time I saw the GIMPS crowd was at the M38 party I think it was, in Palo Alto
in December 2001, the one where Dr. Knuth showed up, devoured an enormous
chimichanga and ran out, scarcely speaking a word. The only thing that has
changed with me is becoming a father two years ago. Happy hunting!
