I'm not sure what IP address you are referring to here.

If it's for the "add access to printer" setup then the "Printer Server" 
field should be set to the IP Address (or its network name) of the print 
server the printer is physically attached (for usb printer). The 
"Printer name" then being the name of the printer on the server. Doing a 
"add access to printer" adds an entry into /etc/printers.conf if you are 
using 'files' for the naming-service.

If you were doing a "New Network Printer" setup on the print server, 
(ie. for a printer physically attached to the network (not usb 
attached)) then the "Destination" field would be the IP Address of the 
physical printer (or its network name). The "Printer name" field is the 
name you want to give to print q for the physical printer.
