This is something that I am hoping to have PRESTO do. Right now, the
prototype destroys your print queue when you unplug your printer, but we
were looking at making that a configurable option and reattaching the
queue when it gets plugged back in. Assuming that the USB serial number
supplied by the printer is unique, this should be relatively easy.
