probably a dumb question...... (or a result of my
"overthinking")
In regards to equipment companies that will be providing
different types of medical equipment to our patients...... does that fall
under the definition of "treatment" or would
separate authorizations be required in order to give these companies patient
info and/or should these companies be treated
as business associates????
