Hello.
I have not seen much activity here as of late.
Just wondered if there was any further news of talks with Digidisign regarding
Protools?
I still say this problem has to be brought to the attention of the different
organizations
representing the blind and get them on our side.
I am not talking about any type of protest or such thing but the word needs to
be
gotten out there and it could help us in the long run.
This could lead to potitions and other types of things to try to get the process
sped up just a little bit.
A potition is not a bad thing in a lot of ways.
It just lets the developer know that there is a need and there is concern out
there
from those who would like to have access to there program.
There has to be programmers and computer techs of a good veriaty that could
vollenteer
there services if anything else to help out the developer and inform them of how
to make the program accessable for screen reader software.
Just a matter of using standered controls and menu bars
and slider controls and such other controls or onscreen buttons needed to use
the
program.
This is just my idea and we have to start on the next level if other ways don't
seem
to work.
tracy Son.
