Dear Listees

re: email addresses in view on Archive

WE ARE TRYING TO LIMIT THE UNWITTING BROADCAST OF PEOPLES EMAIL ADDRESSES.
And so would like to recruit Listees help in the way they reply to the List.

With regard to reply opening lines such as....

You may well be able to set your email programme's preferences so that this problem is eliminated. Otherwise please make sure to always do this manually.

Senders of messages can also help.
It is more likely that your email address will be quoted if it only appears as "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" in the from field.
However if you have set a real name as well ...eg "Fred Bloggs"<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> it may only be reproduced in a reply as
