you can. go to the thumbnails view (if you start nikon view in the small
module, it's the button in the bottom left). use shift button or ctrl button
to choose which images you want transferred.

you can also set it so that when nikon view starts, it starts in the
thumbnails view mode.

you don't have to. again, go to the thumbnails, select all, and delete. or
you can delete from the camera.
