perhaps I wasn't clear enough [not unusual] - as you are still
apparently looking for a solution.

Praxisoft make an application called CompassproXT, it gives Quark a
proper print dialog box, among other stufff. But it only handles a
limited set of image formats - tiff for one.

Usually sold at 275 pounds, Praxisoft gave away a lite version with the
OS 9 installer disc, look in the praxisoft folder.

I'm not sure it works with Quark 4 but it certainly does with 3x.

what version? 3?

if so there's a free app on the OS 9 installer disc called Praxisoft
Compass Pro XP, it'll do the job for tiffs. It's an XTension for Quark
itself which enables colour managed printing to any profiled printer.

do you have a printer profile ?

raterising into photoshop may work, but, of course, your type will be 4
colour now.

if you can't find the XT perhaps a friend has the OS 9 installer disc?
