I'm getting a new PC laptop and it seems sensible to use the PC card (used
to be called PCM/CIA card) slot, together with the adaptor thingy that
comes with a boxed 1Gb microdrive, rather than a separate plug-in
firewire/USB card reader. If anyone has experience of this, I'd be
interested to know how you get on with uploading image files this way while
shooting on location. Need to know what probs might get in the way of my
plans to keep shooting with 2nd microdrive while 1st is uploading into
laptop via PC card slot. Thanks.
