I had a similar thing happen with a LaCie (although I don't think it is
particular to LaCie and could probably happen with any monitor). The upper
left corner of the image vibrated, slightly, but enough to be annoying.
There wasn't any obvious electrical activity near the CRT, but when I moved
the monitor to a different location the problem ended.
