Just got this from Lacie:

Dear Mr Karyl,

"Thank you for your E-Mail dated on
27.01.2003.
Yes, we have seen this 'jitter' problem before with the tablets. Jitter of
the screen cursor is usually caused by the tablet being placed to close to
the monitor. Monitors produce RF (Radio Frequency) noise, which can
interfere with the Wacom tablet. To correct this problem, try moving the
tablet away from the monitor, or change the refresh frequency rate of the
monitor. In case of an Intuos tablet, it can help to activate 'single mode'
in the control panel under 'tablet mode'.

If there should be further problems, please do not hesitate to contact us
again.

Best regards

Joanne Herbert
Wacom technical Support"

Although in my case, its the whole screen and not just the cursor, I believe
that what they are saying about RF frequency noise would indicate that there
is a problem of sorts.

Ashley
