One of my library's guidelines for digital submission is as follows:

"Our archived scans (A3+) have a resolution of approx. 20 mega pixels (for
square pictures up to 28 pixels). Therefore please only submit digital
photographic material, if your camera complies with this technical
criteria."

Now, are they basically saying, don't submit images from a digital camera?
Because (please correct me if I'm wrong) I don't know of a camera that will
do 20 mpx.

I guess that means images from my 5mpx camera are out of the question. Any
opinions/advice/workarounds anyone please? I remember talking about
interpolating images here once before but not sure if I could get away with
5mpx up to 20!
