>One of my library's guidelines for digital submission is as follows: please only submit digital photographic material of 20 mega pixels plus.
Well... here we have it from the horse's mouth, amateur/journalist toys are just that, and I am glad that there are picture buyers out there who appreciate quality. Sinar make a 22Mpixel back, and the Zeiss Jenoptic Eyelike 11/42 will do 42 Megapixels in multi-shot mode, and 11Mpx in single shot: they also do a 16Mpx single shot, and, of course, with professional cameras you can use movements. May be we could get away with interpolating from 11Mpixels: I had considered the 6mpx model, but thought that the resolution was inadequate. If you scan 6x6cm @ 4,000 ppi, you get over 80mpx. =============================================================== GO TO http://www.prodig.org for ~ GUIDELINES ~ un/SUBSCRIBING ~ ITEMS for SALE
