May I suggest 12 noon near the coffee bar outside the entrance to the show. I am assuming they are using the same two halls as in previous years in which case there are entrances into each of the halls and the coffee bar is sort of opposite the left hand hall (facing the entrance).
Can we assume that is agreed until and after any possible further discussion. It would be useful if those wanting to meet up could post their mobile no in the relevant section in the ANNEX as I already have done - NOT ON THE LIST PLEASE - this is not relevant to the majority of listees and we should not bore them with it (AND - I'm list mum this week - so please!)
