I have not yet decided whether I go Monday or the Sunday, but either way I suggest that mobile phone numbers are probably the easiest means by which to arrange to meet. Perhaps once it is known who is interested they swap numbers off list unless privacy is not an issue.
Mine is in the signature for anyone wishing to meet up with (or avoid) me!
