Hello Shangara I confirm what Paul has said, apparently the paper is not absorbing ink correctly and the surplus is then spread around. I found it nearly always appeared in the same area and I could see which rollers were laying it down - not that it helped, just satisfied my curious nature. Try spraying some cleaning foam on a sheet of paper and then feeding it through or spraying the foam into the bed and quickly feeding paper through.
