Hi Ian,

Not strictly relevent to you, and I'm afraid I know nothing about the
sites you mention, but...
When we take payment by credit card, we can take card details over web
or phone, and arrange for delivery - we mostly try to verify the address
of the recipient through various means. Or, the customer can collect and
pay by card in person. Sometimes, however, the customer wants a courier
to collect. For card transactions, this is very dodgy territory as you
no longer have any definite knowledge of where the goods are being sent.
In theory it is possible and allowable if various conditions are met,
but I hope you can see the security issue of not having control of where
the goods end up.

Therefore, I would suggest that sending by courier would a) give you a
real street address that may be verifiable through an internet white /
yellow pages search... and it should give you delivery confirmation. I
would think these were things that you would not get if you delivered
the file electronically.

Just my 2p,

nij
