Haven't got time for a long answer. But if you're on a Mac running anything
earlier than OSX then your answer lies in [File Type + Creator]. A file has
both and they describe which program opens what type of file. To check and
change them you need something like "FileBuddy", do a Google search for it.

If you're on OSX this is dead easy to solve.

If you're on a PC, I'm afraid I don't know.

PS Why are you downloading your files as QT (presumably QuickTime, leading
me to believe you're more likely to be on a Mac). If you are Mac bound then
you should look at File Exchange Control panel and change the JPG options to
be Photoshop JPG's. If you need more help on doing this, mail me direct and
I'll try and sort it out this evening.
