THIS IS NOT!!!!! A VIRUS. This is a well known hoax. The file is a Windows system file, albeit with an unusual icon. My reply is I'm sure very off topic, but I just wanted to get it clear to people who may have gone ahead and deleted their version of the file. The file itself is not a vital one - it is part of IE and is only used in certain circumstances. Sites like Symantec, McAfee etc. will have documentation for these hoaxes, of which there are many. If you think you have a virus, I would respectfully suggest you check on one of these sites before firing off an e-mail to all and sundry - especially when the instructions you are giving are to delete a system file. Some people will not be aware of this hoax and may follow those instructions!
