Hmm, on the experiences that I have had with my various Canon 10D's, buying
another one is not exactly an option that I would undertake with great
enthusiasm unless it could be guaranteed 100% that there would be no further
focus issues. For the moment, I'll just rent a back up as and when necessary
and wait for later in the year when they'll probably have something better
available for less money. When working with mechanical Hasselblads I never
went out with less than two bodies & backs, so with digital I certainly
wouldn't assume any less caution.

Its been a very expensive year following the move from Italy to the UK and
at some point I have to stop spending money constantly...
