Hi ProDigers
You know how you can rotate the Canvas using the Measure tool to define the
angle first and then choosing Rotate Canvas > Arbitrary? I think it's quite
common knowledge. However, does anyone know if you can do the same to a
normal, single layer? And, no, not by using Free Transform but the Rotate
command in conjunction with the Measure tool.
I have just been told how to do it and would like to share the knowledge
with the list but first wanted to know if the "average Joe" knows about this
"hidden" powerful feature. I haven't been able to find any documentation
regarding it and I suspect "not a lot of people know that..."
This is a sort of a survey so please be truthful...If you are a Martin
Evening or a Rod Wynne-Powell, please only reply if you do NOT know the
method.
