Along with lots of others I think you have missed something. The idea is not to fool an agency or a client. Those that suggest that is the way forward are being very unprofessional in my opinion.

My suggestion was not put forward as a means of fooling an agency and getting them to accept something unsuitable, or not meeting their quality stands, as I am sure you realize. It was to allow the digital capture or film capture to stand on it's merits, rather than being barred because it was shot on this or that camera.
My suggestion of including a film capture was so that Amanda had a clear comparison image for her own self assessment, and to see if the agency had a problem with that as well.
I really do not see why this or any other agency are making the camera the deciding factor in this, but seem to be using it as a crude selection device. Perhaps we will soon see libraries saying that film supplied in a digital form must be scanned with only the following film scanners! That might act as a limiter too!
