By all means point out my rudeness, preferably off-list direct to me, but calling me unhelpful, that's not really fair. What would be unhelpful, to all on the list (IMHO), would be a thread discussing at length the download speeds of all the USB interface's out there. Perhaps I'm wrong and we should do exactly that. There are obviously many who still use USB and perhaps it would be useful for them to see. However, I'd also like to see PC Card/Firewire & USB2 figures quoted in the results. So that people could see that by shelling out a small amount of money on a faster transfer method, they could save themselves some time. The choice of whether to do so, would at least be an informed choice. Paul PS - sorry if this is the wrong thread subject.
