Of course there is no problem with aerial photography, except....... Stonehenge has a military firing range and no-fly zone on the other side of the road. Its quite good fun flying sideways over the monument to avoid the zone. Visitors in the car park don't realise they are in mortal danger from artillery shells. In reality the military don't fire too close to Stonehenge but they refuse to give up their flight restrictions.
