You can also try the Vuescan demo available here: http://www.hamrick.com/vsm.html ... Vuescan, although created for controlling your film and flatbed scanners, can also import RAW files. I don't know how well it works with Dcam raw files, but many of us depend on it for scanning film, and it would seem similar corrections (methods) apply.
