Dear Michael,

You need to find someone with a windows 98 or windows me machine. So you
can fat 32 format the drive. It is my understanding that fat 32 will be
read on a mac and obviously all pc machines will read it as well. You
cant fat 32 format in xp or 2000 as I understand, you cant on my xp
machine any way.
Has anyone tried MacDrive, supposedly installed on the PC it allows 
reading of Mac formatted drives. I would rather install a utility on 
a PC than reformat any of the Mac drives (especially Firewires I 
might come in one-time contact with).
