Maybe I'm missing some key ingredient in this mix, but in the last 6 years or so, I haven't had ANY problems burning CD's or DVD's for a wide range of expertise in PC users.

I use Toast Titanium.

And something that has recently come out, that seems to write to every protocol, is faster than greased lightning, and is Drag n Drop....is a little program called Burnz for a $12.50 shareware price. Its a download with a tryout here: http://www.thinkertons.com/
