I should like to take this opportunity to offer apologies to you for the unprovoked replies to your letter, which from your opening two paragraphs which I have repeated, show that you made an inadvertent mistake in sending your missive to the entire list instead of to to your intended recipient Michael Wilkinson.
This list welcomes anyone who is able to offer help in the field of digital photography and is normally polite in its treatment of those who transgress its rules inadvertently. It would be sad if you felt so aggrieved that you never returned to offer help and guidance to others as ProDIG is an extremely valuable resource to its subscribers.
I am not a List Mum, but simply felt this thread needed a better response than you received, and I for one consider that it need go no further on List.
Yours sincerely, An erk on the List.

Dear Michael
First, let me introduce myself - I am the Managing Director of FixerLabs, I suppose I am a "lurker" on PRODIG.
I hope you don't mind me contacting you directly.
I found this email you sent to PRODIG some while back and wanted to comment on your suggestion that
FocusFixer is a form of Unsharp masking.
