Hi Reg,

I too use dropstuff to deliver files. Following a tip from our own Ed Horwich, I now upload them onto my site for download by the client. So the link might look something like http://www.timainsworth.com/image.sit. Could it be that the mail program is interfering with the integrity of the file, either at your end or the printers? Also make sure your Dropstuff preferences are set for OSX (ie make sure the box for "make self extracting for" is unchecked.)

Hope this helps,

Tim.

PS the .tif extension shouldn't make any difference.

This morning I prepared a 4mb image file (A0036D23.tif) which I then dropped
on Aladdin Dropstuff, which resulted in my file name being A0036D23.tif.sit
and sent it to the printer via email.
