I fully agree with Shangara here ( finally!) and what I have done in many ocasions is to add a simple link to Aladdyn's website( download area) in an e-mail to my clients, so they have no reason whatsoever to complain about being unable to open any file from a Mac user ever again. Compatibility between systems should be the least of our worrries when file transfers are involved.
