List When using the automated web gallery creation facility in P7, it frequently crashes out on me, with a message saying the command could not be completed as the file (image) being worked on is still in use. It never is! After it stops running, the problem file is then left open.
Have tried Adobe support, who claim never to have come across the problem before. They suggested a permissions issue (am on Mac 10.3), but this makes no difference. The problem is random, and can occur on the 1st or 201st image in a batch, with no rhyme or reason. Anyone else seen this and, more importantly, have you found a fix? Many thanks all.
