I agree with a lot of what William says but it is odd that when I use my D60 I tend to use it more as if it were a manual-ish camera.
1) Aperture Priority with manual override
2) Manual Focus - lots of close up work
and a reasonably slow methodical approach.


Which I certainly don't do if I use my Canon Powershot G2. Perhaps it is just the psychological difference of format.

But the endless reusable film and instant-ish results are fantastic.
