Hi I can think of four options:
1) create a website - using either iView or PS
2) create a Flash Slideshow and burn that in the same way - Todd Dominey at http://whatdoiknow.org/archives/001629.shtml has an easy to use slideshow application - that you can use for free. All you need is a folder of JPEGs and edit text file - no Flash needed.
3) use Photoshop to create a PDF slideshow
then burn on to CD - using ISO 9660 format - ensuring all the filenames conform to 8.3 naming conventions. That way both Mac and PC can use it.
4) burn the free iView Reader onto the CD (both Mac and PC versions and place your catalogue on there too (this method probably needs you to create a CD with Mac and PC partitions)
hope this helps
