Paul Roberts: Thanks so much, you've been a real help. Nero6 is great. I had it up and running in an hour with no problems. Retrospect was a nightmare. And to top it off Gateway, from whom I bought it, won't give me a refund. The support at Retrospect was poor and kept blaming the problems on my hardware and other installed software. Nero ran, in the same environment, without a glitch.
