Hi Matthew,

I have heard that the new Photoshop (CS/8) has a much better interpolation
method, (not sure of the technical, but improvements certainly) to the
point that it is worth comparing with such dedicated software and
considering upgrading. To enlarge an image, chose bicubic softer, I think,
to reduce, chose bicubic sharper. If I have those backwards someone
correct me.

PS 8 has so many other great improvements, including working with
adjustment layers in 16 bit etc. that it is well worth looking at the
upgrade this time.
