That's the way it goes here.  It's OK to ask straightforward, and
sometimes elementary questions about purchasing equipment, operating
systems, computer hardware and restoring lost files.  But you get
unpopular if you ask (what are some) basic questions about the latest
Photoshop or file formats.

PS - I am trying to be constructive here, just as I was in the
thoughts I recently shared in Prodig Annex.  I do think any
profession, especially a new one, is in danger of becoming
elitist.  (Listmom, if you think my comments are out of order let me
