This is true also when we mover up in the Medium and Large format world
there has only been one camera back with CMOS chip, this was
discontinued when a CMOS just is not good enough for this kind of
Photography, but works very well in 35mm cameras.

Both Kodak and Dalsa uses CCD technology in 2x3, 4x4 and 4x5 sensors.
