The lab I use charge �60 per hour but that may be to retouch one file or a batch of a hundred. Post production is anything from simple archiving to making me look like James Bond (priceless).
There have been efforts in the past to work out standardised fees for digital service but what an individual photographer can provide to a client is sooooo wide ranging, IMHO I believe you have to charge what you feel is fair for the service you provide. Just like working out a price for F&P, it's a lot more than the basic cost.
