I apply it VERY SPARINGLY and allow it to evaporate. I try not to use it on the emulsion side unless I have to.
Incidently, Ronsonol lighter fluid is also Naptha but I believe they add a fragrance to it. I wouldn't use it because of the fragrance (probably an oil) and also because it's more expensive than just VM&P Naptha you buy in Lowe's or Home Depot. > VM&P Naptha Thanks Tom.
