Hi Neil I received the Eye One and Basicolor sw on Friday and it works fine, the only problem is I have used up all the free demos and am still awaiting for my registration code to be emailed to me (having registered on Friday via email). Is it normal for them to take several days in replying, if so can you chase them up for me?
