<< EQUIPMENT APPEAL I recently began working with a group of 14 photographers from different townships around Cape Town. They have formed a group called Umlilo photographers and are very motivated and determined in their efforts to make a living from photography. However, as you can imagine, their resources are very limited. I am writing to you to ask if you may be able to help in a small way to make their professional lives a little easier. So many of us are upgrading to hi-end digital that there is probably very useful kit sitting around unused. The guys need film cameras, lenses and if possible, digital equipment too. They have a good amount of darkroom equipment already. I will be collecting equipment together in London, week of the 15-20th November.
