We at FixerLabs have a new product, SizeFixer SLR, that would be ideal for upsizing a D100 image to A2.
Assuming 300dpi, you need to go from 6 Mpixels to about 35 Mpixels easily within the range of the
super-resolution interpolation in SizeFixer. You would need the exif data to be intact,
the lower the iso the better (to avoid noise) and avoid ANY sharpening before upsizing.
