Pain in the proverbial from my experience. They refused to accept my Visa card without authorisation from Visa who had already sent them the money. What more authorisation do you need? After much tooing and froing I had to get it refunded to my Visa (losing �200 in the process as the exchange rate had varied) and wire the money through costing a further �15. (and yes I photocopied both sides of the card initially. Their customer service is negligible and wouldn't reply to my e mails and their whole attitude was questionable. Be careful if you decide to pay by credit card. Personally I would look elsewhere as I know I am not alone in this experience.
