I monitor Prodig and have done for many years but don't post as I am not professional

You are not alone with that problem. I have it myself but find that it only happens on the first print after feeding the roll into the printer. After that it is OK I also find that it is almost impossible to print squarely on large cut sheets

I will watch for solutions on Prodig with interest.

Subject: [PRODIG] Skewed print on Epson 4000

I just printed a 15.75" x 23" image to roll paper on my Epson 4000. The
image was ripped by the ColorBurst RIP. In the RIP I specified a 16" X 24 "
paper size. In the Adobe Print with Preview The image was centered and a
grayed .125' left margin indicated. When the image was printed it was
skewed on the paper and not centered. The starting left margin was about
1/16 inch and the right margin was 3/16. The lead edge of the print was
1 1/8'' from the lead edge on the left side and 1 1/4" from on the right.
Needless to say, the image ran out at the trailing edge by 3/8". I am sure
I followed the Epson instructions exactly in installing the paper.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a skew adjustment on the printer
that I don't know about?

On Monday I'll call Epson and see what they say.

Right now I'm dead in the water as far a large prints go

Thanks, in advance, for any help you may give.
