Hi there, is there a 1:1 replacement for the normalizeString() implementation with relaxed mode enabled?

""" I tried all normalizers of the plone.i18n package but all seem to implemented different normalization behavior (at least the related tests in CMFBibliographyAT break while using them). Any hint?
