Dave,
Do you have anything in the printer setup of the report? Maybe you have
the other cursor selected when you are developing?
You could also try moving your report to a temp location and creating a
brand new one called weekly_printout but just have a few fields on it to
see if it makes any difference. If so create a brand new one and paste
everything in from the other one.
Could you close the other cursor before the report form command to see
what happens.
Just a few ideas.
